$200 and up—Refinance and Purchase (depending on location)
$225 and up—Reverse mortgage and VA Loan (2 Loans)
$200—E-Sign/Am-Trust (Does not include remote areas)
$350 & up—for Attorney States: GEORGIA, DELAWARE, MASSACHUSETTS, WEST VIRGINIA, SOUTH CAROLINA and VERMONT (Notary substitutions start at $200)
REMOTE AREAS AND LAST MINUTE CLOSINGS ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER COSTS
